Freiburg – Leipzig Preview

Freiburg faces RB Leipzig in Berlin in the final of the DFB Pokal. Both teams will try to win the trophy for a first time in their history so far. Let’s preview it in our vip football bets today.

Freiburg are having one of the best seasons in their history so far. In the Bundesliga they finished 6th in the standings which is a terrific achievement for them. They had a real chance even to reach the Champions League, but they finished just three points behind RB Leipzig and the Top 4.

The head coach Christian Streich deserves respect for the work he has done with the team. One of the players he managed very well is the young Korean star Jeong Woo-Yeong. For the Red Bulls it was a season of ups and downs. They had to sack the new manager Jesse Marsch because of poor performances, but his replacement Domenico Todesco did better. Now he has a chance to win a trophy with the club as well.

There’s one player to watch in Leipzig’s team and we all know his name – Christopher Nkunku. The French star didn’t make it at PSG, but he became a true star in the Bundesliga. So far Nkunku has scored 34 goals in 51 games this season – one of the best individual performances in the top leagues. He will be the main danger for Freiburg in the final.
